Registration & Fees

  • When is the registration deadline?

It is recommended that you register your training site to participate in the APPIC Match by August 31, 2023, although registrations can be accepted after that date. Your internship will not be setup in the AAPI for applications until you register for the Match, so you should register as soon as possible.

Registrations can be accepted until the Rank Order List deadline for each Phase of the Match, although you should register much earlier than that so you have enough time to receive and evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and submit your Rank Order List.

Account & Login

  • What login credentials do I use?

To log into the NMS Match System, you must use the email and password previously established for your training site in the NMS Match System (e.g., when you registered your training site for the 2024 Match).

  • What do I need to do as a new Training Director?

For training sites registered for the Match:

You will need to obtain access to the NMS Match System for your training site. If you can obtain the NMS Match System login credentials from the previous Training Director, you should log into the NMS Match System using those login credentials and update the Training Director name and contact information for your training site in the Account and Profile sections of the system.

If you cannot obtain the login credentials from the previous Training Director, send an email to psychint@natmatch.com notifying NMS of the change in Training Director and asking for the login credentials to be reset. The request must be in a signed, written letter on training site letterhead with the following information:

    • APPIC Member Number
    • Name of training site
    • Name of new Training Director
    • Email address of new Training Director
