How do I get applications?
When a training site registers for the Match, NMS sends that information to the AAPI application service. The training site is then added automatically into the AAPI system. All applications for internship are submitted through the AAPI. Applications are not processed or distributed by NMS.

My training site is not listed or has incorrect information in AAPI.
Only training sites that register for the Match are included in the AAPI application service. You must register for the Match to be included in the AAPI.
When a training site registers for the Match or updates their training site or program information in the NMS Match System, NMS sends that information to the AAPI on a nightly basis. Changes made to training site or program information may take up to 24 hours to be updated in the AAPI. If, after 24 hours, the information for your training site has not been updated in AAPI, please contact AAPI support.

What do I do if I am considering an application from an applicant who is not in the NMS Match System?
If an applicant does not appear on the list, it means the applicant has not yet registered to participate in the Match. Contact the applicant and tell them to register for the Match as soon as possible.
