To be eligible to participate in the Dental Match, a residency must either (i) be accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) or the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada (CDAC), or (ii) have applied for initial accreditation, expect to receive accreditation by the completion of training of applicants matched in the 2022 Match, and have received permission from the appropriate sponsoring organization to participate in the Match.
The Program Director of each accredited AEGD, ANES, GPR, OMS, ORTHO, PED, PERIO, and PROS residency is sent an email with a personalized link and instructions to register their residency for the 2022 Match.
The registration process should be completed by the Program Director and can be started by clicking on the personalized link in the email sent by NMS.
If you have not received your personalized email to register for the Match by May 17, 2021, please contact NMS.View the Registration User Guide

After You Register
Once the online registration process is complete, you will receive a confirmation by email. The confirmation will include the Code Number(s) and program description(s) for each program registered for the Match. You should provide the program Code Number(s) to each of your applicants as the Code Number(s) uniquely identify your program(s) in the Match. This is particularly relevant for residencies that are offering more than one program in the Match.
You can update your residency or program information by logging into the NMS Match System. This includes modifying the number of positions offered by a program in the Match, adding an additional program to your residency, withdrawing a program from the Match if you no longer intend to offer any positions in the program, or modifying your contact information.View the Account User Guide
