You must log in to the NMS Match System to access your Match result. Applicants who are not matched will also have access to the List of Programs with Available Positions in the Post-Match Process.
If you matched, you should contact the program where you matched to acknowledge the result as soon as possible after 12:00 p.m. noon ET on the Match Results Release Date. Programs must send letters of confirmation of the Match results to matched applicants within 10 days of Match Results Release Date. Matched applicants must sign and return the letters of confirmation within 30 days of the Match Results Release Date.
If you did not match, you may participate in the Post-Match Process for any available positions.
Although NMS makes every effort to provide you with your Match result on the Match Results Release Date, failure to receive your result on that day does not affect your obligation to the program where you are matched.
No action to fill positions remaining unfilled after Phase II is to be taken prior to 12:00 p.m. noon ET on January 28, 2019. Following release of the Match results, unmatched applicants are permitted to seek positions and programs are permitted to fill positions that remain available independently of the Match.
Log in to the NMS Match System to access the List of Programs with Available Positions. This list provides the number of positions available and the contact information for each program. Programs may update the information on the list as positions fill or new positions become available.
Programs will have access to information on applicants who submitted Rank Order Lists but were not matched.
Unmatched applicants seeking positions that remain available should contact programs directly. Any questions related to applications submitted through the ADEA PASS/Match Portal should be directed to PASS customer support at email@example.com or 617-612-2065.
