Schedule of Dates

Application Deadline: This is the default application deadline date for programs participating in the Chiro Match. Programs are permitted, but are not obligated, to extend their individual application deadline past this date. Applications must be submitted before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the deadline date set by the program.

Rankings Open: Applicants and programs may begin to submit Rank Order Lists for the Chiro Match using the NMS Match System.

Rank Order List Deadline: Applicant and program Rank Order Lists must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. No registrations, applications, Rank Order Lists or withdrawals can be submitted in the NMS Match System after this deadline.

Match Results Day: Results of the Chiro Match are released to applicants and programs. No action to fill positions remaining unfilled after the Match is to be taken prior to 12:00 p.m. noon Eastern Time.

Programs send letters of confirmation of the Chiro Match results to matched applicants within 10 working days of the release of the Chiro Match results. Applicants must sign and return the letters of confirmation in accordance with program instructions within 30 days of the release of the Chiro Match results.

Post-Match Opens: Starting at 12:00 p.m. noon Eastern Time, a list of Programs with Available Positions is provided to unmatched applicants, and information on registered applicants who may still be seeking a position is provided to programs. Programs and applicants contact each other, share information, and conduct interviews independently of the Chiro Match.
