In order to submit your Rank Order List by the deadline, all your interviews must be completed before February 21, 2024.
To determine if a program is acceptable and avoid potential misunderstandings, it is very important to have all information regarding program eligibility requirements and program accreditation status. The program should provide this information as part of the application and interview process.
You are reminded that, according to the Applicant Agreement, you may not accept an offer of appointment to a program prior to the release of the Chiro Match results..
Interview Scheduling
Some programs use the NMS Match System to schedule their interviews. When scheduling interviews using the NMS Match System, you will receive interview invitations by email and can then self-schedule into available timeslots online. You can also log into your NMS Match System account to book, manage, and change your interview schedule. You must be registered for the Chiro Match in order to schedule interviews using the NMS Match System.
Communication Guidelines
You may freely discuss any matter with a program and both you and the program may express a high level of interest in each other.
A program may voluntarily inform an applicant that it intends to rank the applicant. Similarly, an applicant may voluntarily inform a program that they intend to rank the program. However, neither the program nor the applicant may ask or prompt the other side for this information.
Furthermore, neither programs nor applicants may solicit or disclose information about rank positioning. For example, it is prohibited to make statements like "I will rank you first" or "You are at the top of my list".
