In order to register for the SSO Breast Match, you must agree to comply with the SSO Breast Match Rules, Applicant Agreement, and Schedule of Dates. You should review this information before registering.

Learn About Sending Applications to Programs
You apply to programs using the Application Service, which is a component of the NMS Match System. You should check with each program as soon as possible regarding their application requirements. Required components of your SSO Breast Match application include personal information, academic history information, exam scores, a PDF Personal Statement, CV, and letter(s) of reference.
Fee
There is a fee of $325 USD to register for the SSO Breast Match.
The fee pays for your SSO Breast Match registration and for the first fifteen (15) applications you send to programs using the Application Service. An additional fee of $30 USD will apply for each application submitted in excess of fifteen.
Fees are non-refundable (even if you subsequently decide to withdraw from the SSO Breast Match) and are not transferable to future Matches or other applicants.
Timing
You must register and have all applications submitted to programs for the SSO Breast Match by January 19, 2024. You must be registered for the SSO Breast Match in order to send applications to programs using the Application Service.

After You Register
Confirmation and Match Code Number
When your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email that includes the 5-digit Match Code Number assigned to you for the SSO Breast Match. Use your Match Code Number in all future correspondence pertaining to the SSO Breast Match.
Updating Your Information
Once registered for the SSO Breast Match, you can log in to the NMS Match System to update your account and profile information. You can also start preparing and submitting applications to programs.
