What login credentials do I use?
In August, eligible doctoral programs will be sent an email from NMS with initial login credentials to access the NMS Match System. If you have changed your email or password in the NMS Match System after receiving the initial values from NMS, use those new values to log in.
How do I update my contact information?
Updates to your information can be made online:
- Log In to the NMS Match System
- Select the Account section on the Dashboard to update your email and password
- Select the Profile section on the Dashboard to update your contact information (i.e., contact name, doctoral program address, telephone number, fax number).

You will need to obtain access to the NMS Match System for your doctoral program. If you can obtain the NMS Match System login credentials from the previous DCT, you should log into the NMS Match System using those login credentials and update the DCT name and contact information for your doctoral program in the Account and Profile sections of the system.
If you cannot obtain the login credentials from the previous DCT, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying NMS of the change in DCT and asking for the login credentials to be reset. The request must be in a signed, written letter on doctoral program letterhead with the following information:
- APPIC DPA number
- Name of your school/university, program type and degree offered
- Name of new DCT
- Email address of new DCT
