What login credentials do I use?
Log in to the NMS Match System using the e-mail address and password that you established when you completed the online registration process for your training site to participate in the Match.
If you have changed your e-mail or password in the NMS Match System since registering, use those values when trying to log in.
How do I reset my password?
If you do not know your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link located under the Password field on the NMS Match System Login page.
If you previously set up security questions for your account, you will be prompted to provide the answers to those questions. If you cannot correctly answer your security questions, contact NMS for assistance.
Please Note: You will need your password to certify your Rank Order List. It is advised that you use a password you can remember, rather than a randomly generated password that is saved in your browser.
What do I need to do as a new Training Director?
If your training site is already registered to participate in the 2018 Match:
You will need to obtain access to the NMS Match System for this training site. If you can obtain the NMS Match System login credentials from the previous Training Director, you should login to the NMS Match System using those login credentials and update the Account and Profile information in the NMS Match System for your training site.
If you cannot obtain the login credentials from the previous Training Director, please contact NMS. You will have to submit a signed, written request on training site letterhead notifying NMS of the change in Training Director and asking for the login credentials to be reset.
If your training site is not yet registered to participate in the 2018 Match:
If you can access the registration e-mail sent previously to your training site (probably to the previous Training Director), you can click on the link in that e-mail to start the registration process for your site. As part of the registration process, you will be able to update the Training Director information for the site, including providing your name, e-mail address, and other contact information.
If you cannot access the registration e-mail sent previously to your training site, contact NMS to request that we send you an e-mail with access to the online registration system for your training site. You will need to provide NMS with the following information in a signed letter on training site letterhead:
- Name of Training Director
- E-mail address of Training Director
- Name of Training Site
- Mailing Address
- APPIC Membership Number, if applicable
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
