  • What login credentials do I use?

    In October, Director of Residencies at ASCO member schools and will be sent an email from ORMatch with initial login credentials to access the NMS Match System.

  • How do I update my contact information?

    Updates to your information can be made online:

    • Log In to the NMS Match System
    • Select the Account section on the Dashboard to update your email and password
    • Select the Profile section on the Dashboard to update your contact information (i.e., contact name, school address, telephone number, fax number).

    If you would like to update your contact information before the NMS Match System opens for schools, please contact NMS.

  • What do I need to do as a new Director of Residencies?

    You will need to obtain access to the NMS Match System for your school. If you can obtain the NMS Match System login credentials from the previous Director of Residencies, you should log into the NMS Match System using those login credentials and update the Account and Profile information for your school.

    If you cannot obtain the login credentials from the previous Director of Residencies, please contact NMS. You will have to submit a signed, written request on school letterhead notifying NMS of the change in Director of Residencies and asking for the login credentials to be reset.

List of Registered Students

  • One of my students is not shown on the list.

    Only students that are registered for ORMatch are shown in the list. If the student is pursuing a residency position that starts training in 2022, contact the student and tell them to register for ORMatch.

Applications to Affiliated Sites

  • One of my residencies is not shown in my list.

    Only residencies that are registered for ORMatch are shown in the list. If the residency will be offering positions in 2022, contact the Program Coordinator and ensure the residency registers for ORMatch.
