What login credentials do I use?
Log in to the NMS Match System using the e-mail address and password that you established previously in the system (e.g., when you completed the online registration process for your residency site).
If you have changed your e-mail or password in the NMS Match System since registering, use the most current values to log in.
How do I reset my password?
If you do not know your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link located under the Password field on the NMS Match System Login page.
If you previously set up security questions for your account, you will be prompted to provide the answers to those questions.
Please Note: You will need your password to certify your Rank Order List. It is advised that you use a password you can remember, rather than a randomly generated password that is saved in your browser.
How do I access the NMS Match System as a new Program Coordinator?
If your residency site is already registered to participate in the 2019 Match:
You will need to obtain access to the NMS Match System for your residency site. If you can obtain the NMS Match System login credentials from the previous Program Coordinator, you should login to the NMS Match System using those login credentials and update the Account and Profile information in the NMS Match System for your residency site.
If you cannot obtain the login credentials from the previous Program Coordinator, please contact NMS. You will have to submit a signed, written request on residency site letterhead notifying NMS of the change in Program Coordinator and asking for the login credentials to be reset.
If your residency site is not yet registered to participate in the 2019 Match:
Contact NMS to request that we send you an e-mail with access to the online registration system for your residency site. You will need to provide to NMS a written request on residency letterhead with the following information:
- Name of Program Coordinator
- E-mail address of Program Coordinator
- Name of Residency Site
- Residency Site Primary Title(s)
