Match Results
Registered applicants must log into the NMS Match System to access their MedPhys Match result. Applicants who are not matched have access to the List of Programs with Available Positions.
Log into the NMS Match System-
MedPhys Match Result Information Available in the NMS Match System
- Each applicant will have access to information on whether or not they have been matched to a position. Matched applicants will be told the specific program to which they matched.
- Matched applicants will be told the specific program to which they matched.
- Unmatched applicants have access to a list of programs with positions that remain available. Programs with available positions have access to information on applicants who certified a Rank Order List but did not obtain a position, or who withdrew but indicated they are still seeking a position.
If you matched, the program where you matched must send you a letter of confirmation within 10 working days of the release of the MedPhys Match results. Matched applicants must return the letter of confirmation in accordance with the program's instructions within 10 days of receipt of the letter from the program.
If you did not match, you may participate in the Post-Match Process for any available positions.
Although NMS makes every effort to provide you with your MedPhys Match result expeditiously, failure to receive your result in a timely manner does not affect your obligation to the program where you matched.

Post-Match Process
Applicants who are not matched are permitted to seek and fill positions that remain available independently of the MedPhys Match. NMS is not involved in the filling of positions during the Post-Match Process.
Registered applicants who are not matched can log into the NMS Match System to access the List of Programs with Available Positions.
Programs have access in the NMS Match System to information on applicants who either certified a Rank Order List but were not matched or withdrew but indicated they were interested in seeking a position in the Post-Match Process.
