About Importing Tracks From Your Applications
When you submitted your application to each site, you selected one or more of the tracks offered by the site to which you wanted to apply. You can import all the tracks you selected into your Rank Order List.
Only tracks to which you submitted applications will be imported. If you have any pending applications, those tracks will not be imported. Also, if a site where you applied is offering two tracks, but you only selected one of the tracks when you submitted your application, only the track that you selected will be imported; the track that was not selected will not be imported.
After the import, you must order the tracks on your list according to your true preferences. You can add any additional acceptable tracks to your list and/or remove any unacceptable tracks.
You must certify the list for it to be used in the matching process.
Instructions
- Log in to the Extern Match Portal
- Select Rankings from the menu
- Select the link to import from Your Applications near the top of the page. This link is only shown if no tracks are on your Rank Order List.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the import.
After the import, you may add additional acceptable tracks to your list and/or remove any unacceptable tracks using the web interface.
