What is the Chiro Match?
The Chiropractic Residency Match (Chiro Match) is an Application Service and Matching Program that provides an orderly process to help applicants obtain positions of their choice, and to help programs obtain applicants of their choice.

Is my program eligible to participate in the Chiro Match?
To participate in the Chiro Match, residency programs must be approved for participation by the Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC). Programs must be accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education or have met the eligibility requirements for initial application for such accreditation. Programs may request ACC to grant a one-time waiver of accreditation requirements to accommodate timing of submission of initial application for such accreditation.
Programs that register in the Chiro Match must offer all available residency positions through the Chiro Match. Programs must also pay a fee to ACC to register in the Chiro Match.

How do I register my program to participate in the Chiro Match?
The Program Director of each eligible program is sent an email with a personalized link and instructions to register their program for the 2026 Chiro Match.
If you have not received your personalized email to register for the Chiro Match by the end of the day on November 7, 2025, please contact NMS.
In order to register for the Chiro Match, you will need to provide information about your program and electronically sign the Program Agreement.
