Registration Process

  • When is the registration deadline?

You must be registered for the Chiro Match in order to send applications to programs using the Application Service. You should register and submit your applications to programs by January 23, 2026, which is the default application deadline date for all programs. Programs may choose to extend their application deadline to a later date, but are not obliged to do so.

The final deadline to register to participate is February 18, 2026. However, programs consider applications and conduct interviews much earlier than that date. Therefore, you should register well before the final date listed above.

Fees

  • What does it cost to participate in the Chiro Match?

The Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC) is subsidizing a substantial portion of the cost of the Chiro Match. Applicants must pay $50 USD to register for the Chiro Match.

The registration fee to participate in the Chiro Match includes credits to send 12 applications to programs using the Application Service; additional application credits can be purchased at a cost of $20 USD per credit.

All Chiro Match fees are non-refundable (even if you subsequently decide to withdraw from the Chiro Match) and are not transferable to future years or to other applicants.

  • Can I get a refund of my registration fee?

No. As stated in the Applicant Agreement and on the payment pages, Chiro Match fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and irrevocable. They cannot be refunded, transferred to another person, or used for another year.

Account & Login

  • What login credentials do I use?

Log into the NMS Match System using the email address and password you set up when registering for the Chiro Match. If you have changed your email or password in the NMS Match System since registering, use those new values to log in.

  • Where do I find my Support PIN for the NMS Match System?

The support PIN can be found on your Account Page of the NMS Match System. Log in to the NMS Match System and choose Account from the menu.

The support PIN is a secret number that you can use to verify your identity and ownership of the account when you contact NMS support. The PIN must be 6 digits and may not begin with a zero.

  • How do I find my Match Code Number?

Your Match Code Number is shown in the NMS Match System:

    • Log in to the NMS Match System
    • Select the Profile section on the Dashboard
    • Your Match Code Number will be found at the top of the page

Withdraw

  • What are the implications of withdrawing from the Chiro Match?

If you withdraw, you will not be matched to a position. Any rankings you may have submitted will not be used in the Match. You will also not receive further communication about participating in the Chiro Match from NMS. However, you will still have access to the List of Programs with Available Positions that is posted for the Post-Match Process.

Applicants who withdraw from the Chiro Match will be displayed to programs within the NMS Match System as withdrawn.

Withdrawing from the Chiro Match does not effect your eligibility to participate in the Post-Match Process, or to participate in the Chiro Match in future years.
