①  Register

There is no registration process required for CASPR colleges. In July, the COPM Representative that NMS has on file will receive personalized login credentials and instructions for accessing the NMS Match System.

②   Manage Your Account

After logging in to the NMS Match System, you can update your college information and add secondary users to your account.

③   Monitor Students

Colleges can log in to the NMS Match System to access their List of Registered Students. This list provides the names of students who graduated or will graduate from their college and are registered to participate in CASPR. This list is updated in real time, as students register.

Applicants must pass their APMLE Part I examination in order to submit applications to programs. Applicants must pass their APMLE Part II examination in order to participate in the Match or MP II.

The List of Registered Students allows you to provide college materials (GPA, transcripts, etc.) for each registered student as well as monitor their participation, applications, and rankings status throughout the process.

④   Match Results

NMS uses an established and proven matching algorithm to process the Rank Order Lists submitted by applicants and tracks. Applicants will be matched to the most preferred track on their Rank Order List that ranks them and does not fill all its positions with applicants it prefers. Similarly, each track will be matched with their most preferred applicant(s) that does not match to programs the applicants prefer.

Match Status Day (March 8, 2027): Match Status result information will be emailed to all colleges by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and will be available in the NMS Match System at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Colleges will have access to information on whether or not their students were matched to a position and a report of summary statistics on the outcome of their students in Match.

MP II Status Day (March 18, 2027): Full result information will be emailed to all colleges by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and will be available in the NMS Match System at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Colleges will have access to the program and track where each of their students matched, a report of summary statistics on the outcome of their students, and information on positions that remain available.

Match Results Day (March 19, 2027): Colleges will provide full CASPR result information to their students in Match Day ceremonies. Full results will be released to students in the NMS Match System at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and will also be emailed to participating students starting at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A list of programs with positions available in the Post-Match Process will be posted on the AACPM website to assist colleges in helping unmatched students obtain positions that remain available.
