What login credentials do I use?
COPM Representatives will be sent log in credentials for the NMS Match System in July, 2025. If you do not have your login by July 23, 2025, please contact us.

Where do I find my Support PIN for the NMS Match System?
The support PIN can be found on your Account Page of the NMS Match System. Log in to the NMS Match System and choose Account from the menu.
The support PIN is a secret number that you can use to verify your identity and ownership of the account when you contact NMS support. The PIN must be 6 digits and may not begin with a zero.

Can we have more than one contact person for CASPR at our college?
Yes, the Primary Contact at the college can add secondary users who will have access to their college's information in the NMS Match System.The Primary Contact manages users from the Account page.
Secondary users are provided with Limited Permissions. They can view, manage, and change all college information, including updating documents and information for their applicants, but they are not allowed to create or manage other users. They will also be copied on relevant automated emails (e.g., confirmations, reminders, etc.) sent to the college from the NMS Match System.

One of my students is not shown on my List of Students.
Only students that are registered for CASPR and have selected your college as their DPM School of graduation are shown on your list. Contact the student and tell them to either register for CASPR or correct their school information in the NMS Match System.
