• How do I register my program to participate in CASPR?

  To participate in CASPR, programs must first register on the AACPM website and then create an account in the NMS Match System. Programs need an NMS Match System account to obtain applications, schedule interviews, submit rankings, and obtain results.

• When is the registration deadline?

  It is recommended that you register on the AACPM website and set up an NMS Match System account by July 14, 2023. You should register as soon as possible so your program can be added to the CASPR Program Directory and the List of Participating Programs which will be published on July 17, 2023.

  Your program will not be able to receive applications in the NMS Match System until it is registered for CASPR.

Account & Login

• What login credentials do I use for the NMS Match System?

  To log into the NMS Match System, you must use the email and password previously established for your residency program in the NMS Match System (e.g., when you setup your residency program in the NMS Match System).

• How do I update my program, track, or contact information?

  For programs registered for CASPR:

  Log into the NMS Match System and update your information in the Profile and Account sections. You should also update any relevant information on the AACPM website.

  For programs not yet registered for CASPR:

  As part of the NMS Match System Account Setup process, update your information on the residency program and track information page.

• What do I need to do as a new Program Director?

  You will need to obtain access to the NMS Match System for your residency program. If you can obtain the NMS Match System login credentials from the previous Program Director, you should log into the NMS Match System using those login credentials and update the Account and Profile information for your residency program.

  If you cannot obtain the login credentials from the previous Program Director, please contact CASPR Support.

• How do I reset my password?

  To reset your password, click on the Forgot Password? link located under the email and password fields on the NMS Match System login page.

Withdraw

• How do I withdraw a track from CASPR?

  Only tracks that are no longer offering positions to begin in 2024 should withdraw from CASPR. You can withdraw a track using the NMS Match System.
